Experienced Leasing Agents and Maintenance Techs

• Minimum 1 year experience in the multi-family housing industry

• In-depth knowledge of Landlord/Tenant and Fair-Housing laws
• Must be able to pass our Apartment Maintenance/Leasing Skills Test
• Reliable, personal transportation with the willingness and ability to assist at multiple communities throughout the region
Maintenance only: Basic tools to properly perform work orders and unit turns
Maintenance only: Must be willing to perform all duties of a tech (e.g., unit turns, work orders, and grounds-keeping).

Entry Level Leasing/Office Positions

• Superb customer service and/or sales skills
• Excellent ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• The willingness and ability to assist at multiple communities throughout the region
• Dependable work ethic
• Wait staff, call center, hospitality, or retail experience a plus
• Ability to perform all general leasing and office related tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Greeting, qualifying, and showing apartment homes to potential
    residents

  • Administrative assistant duties and general support to the on-site staff

  • Answering and recording phone calls

  • Assisting current residents with complaints, packages, and questions

  • Creating, delivering, and posting notices

  • Filing, organizing, data entry, package check-in/check-out

  • Follow-up of tours, work orders, notices, and assisting with packages

  • Preparing for the day (coffee, cookies, lease generations, spiffing of models, etc.)

Entry Level Maintenance Tech Positions

• General maintenance, plumbing, grounds-keeping, painting, and/or appliance repair experience
• Superb customer service
• Excellent ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Reliable personal transportation with verifiable insurance
• The willingness and ability to assist at multiple communities throughout the region
• Dependable work ethic
• Basic tools to properly perform work orders and unit turns
• Ability to perform all general maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • General apartment maintenance in vacant and occupied units

  • Basic plumbing and appliance repairs

  • Unit turns (painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, trash-out of units, cleaning)

  • Painting (interior and exterior-e.g. curbs, railings, doors)

  • Grounds-keeping (cleaning, landscaping, pressure-washing, and exterior maintenance)

  • Garbage detail (using/cleaning compactors, dumpsters, removing trash from walkways, stairwells, landscaping)

  • Cleaning of cabana (emptying trash, cleaning windows, bathrooms, janitorial work, sweeping, mopping)

  • Cleaning of pool area (hosing down, leaf removal, wiping down tables and chairs)

  • Unit cleaning (window cleaning, vacuuming, tubs, toilets, counters, floors, and so forth)

  • Snow removal and flood control (when applicable)
